How does coaching work?

You begin with an initial session where you and your coach identify the areas of your life you want to change. With your coaches assistance you begin by prioritizing your work and set some measurable goals. During your sessions your coach will actively listen, ask key questions, offer suggestions or education with your permission and keep you focused and on track to achieve your desired results.

Coaching sessions are conducted over the telephone on a set date and time agreed upon by you and your coach. You call your coach at the agreed upon time. Coaching sessions can be held every week or every other week depending on your needs. A session can last for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the frequency. Just as coaching is unique to each individual, sessions are structured to accommodate each clients needs. Some clients want to talk more or less frequently with their coach. Dates, times, length of sessions and frequency of sessions are worked out initially between you and your coach. Coaching is flexible and those aspects can change from time to time upon request and as the need arises.

Life Coaching includes Business, Career and Personal coaching. Group Coaching is also available and can be arranged.
